Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
These terms apply to Crossline, a service operated by Skelvon LLC ("we", "us"). By texting Crossline or adding it to a Discord server, you agree to them.
What Crossline does
Crossline connects one Discord channel to a group of people by text message. Messages posted in the channel are texted to people who opted in, and their text replies are posted in the channel and sent to the others following by text.
Text messaging program
Program name: Crossline
Description: Messages from a Discord channel you chose to follow, plus replies to your keywords.
Opt in: Text JOIN to the Crossline number, or reply YES to an invite. An admin can invite you, but you are not enrolled until you reply from your own phone.
Frequency: Message frequency varies with channel activity, up to 12 texts per hour.
Cost: Crossline is free. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Text STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Text START to resubscribe.
Help: Text HELP, or email support@crossline.stream.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Crossline works with major US carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. You must be the account holder for the phone number you use, or have the account holder's permission.
What you post
Messages you send are visible to everyone in the connected channel and everyone following it by text. You are responsible for what you send. Don't use Crossline to send spam, harass people, share content that isn't yours to share, or break the law or Discord's rules. Server admins can remove you from a channel, and we can suspend access for misuse.
Server admins
If you connect a Discord server, you confirm you are allowed to manage it and that you will not add phone numbers without the owner's permission. Invites only ask people to join. They do not enroll anyone.
Availability
Crossline is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Crossline.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We never share your mobile number or opt-in for marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
